The second entry in the 2011 Tuner challenge was the BTA Motorsports FPV F6. Ths build started with a standard Ford Falcon FPV F6 Turbo. This kit includes many features you see on our stage 1-3 packages with a few extras.
You can see the custom front mount intercooler mounted in the front bar. This is a bar and plate polished aluminium cooler that we have found to work best with this combination through countless hours of dyno testing.
BTA Motorsports FPV F6 Stage 4 Package
As you can see we have installed our custom low mount turbo exhaust manifold with custom turbo. The heatshield is also custom made and preserves an as stock appearance. We have also installed custom oil coolers mounted behind the fog lamps to keep the engine oil temperture in check during extended high power runs such as circuit racing as this car was subjected to during these tests.
The fuel system in the car is a custom system with twin bosch pumps and a custom polished aluminium surge tank. Coupled with all braided lines and anodized fittings. This fuel system has been tested extensivley and is very well capable of providing enought fuel for over 500 rwkw. It is included standard in our stage 4 packages but can also be added to any of our other xr6 turbo packages.

BTA Motorsports - BMW M3 Build
BTA Motorsports M3 Stage 2 Package
The first entry in the 2011 Tuner challenge was the BTA Motorsports BMW M3. Ths build started with a standard BMW M3.
We installed custom ground BTA camshafts and a custom BTA exhaust system. We then installed a cold air intake kit with a custom BTA tune.

Tuner Challenge 2011
This year we entered the Motor magazine hot tuner challenge. We entered our BTA M3, and BTA For F6. We will be posting the results as we receive them so stay tuned.
Customers Ride September 2011
This month we review this VE GTS commodore. It has a custom BTA tune, full exhaust and over the top air intake. This package is our stage 2 commodore package and the Dyno graph will be comming soon.
