Valve Springs
VCM Performance proudly offers PAC
Racing Spring upgrades for all LS1, LS2,
L76, L98, LS3 and LS7 engine configurations.
PAC is a premier North American valve spring
manufacturer supplying product for use in
all forms of motorsport including NASCAR, Le
Mans, Drag Racing, Marine, Motorcycle, etc;
the company kicking off product development
using cutting edge technology in material
and processing which has ensured their
springs excel in all forms of racing. From
PAC proprietary alloy PAC alloy, to
PAC-enhanced processing to continued
development of further materials and
processing, PAC racing springs provide a
competitive edge in everything from street
to the racing arena.
PAC Racing’s attention to detail with spring
design and manufacture is second to none for
all applications from 15,000rpm motorcycle
engines, to 10,000rpm NASCAR combos all the
way down to 7500rpm LS1s.
Performance Camshafts
BTA Motorsport
has and
continues to undertake a rigorous
development program with a camshaft range to
suit the entire LS engine
range. With significant input achieved by
using our own development mules (includes a
VE SS sedan, VE Calais, supercharged 408
powered CV8 Monaro and ‘bolt-on’ GTO) we
have been able to design camshafts that – in
a word – work!
Over the past couple of years
BTA Motorspor has supplied hundreds of
camshafts and valve spring packages for
applications ranging from mild 270 rwkW
5.7’s, all the way to twin turbocharged
large cube strokers developing in excess of
820 kilowatts (1100hp).
Reliability, repeatability, longevity and
accuracy are paramount with valve train
design and manufacture, and it is here that
BTA Motorspor takes no chances. Cam and
spring failures simply do not occur.

OTR (over-the-radiator) CAI for VT-VZ
All VCM Performance CAI's are manufactured
to exacting standards from aluminium sheet,
the designs of which somewhat mimic OE
style, and which are coated with an oil and
temperature resistant black coating.
Our air boxes are supplied with fitting
instructions and are 'bolt-in' kits complete
with induction pie, air box, filter and
screws – noting
that there is no physical
modification required for fitment.
Alloy OTR
Our brushed alloy OTR is incredibly popular
and is available from most VCM Suite
equipped workshops. Industry leading
quality, finish and design ensures the best
possible underbonnet appearance and
performance.
VE AirBox
VCM Performance is
proud to announce the release of our new VE
cold air intake system.
VCM Suite purchased a new VE Calais V in
September of 2007 specifically for product
development; kicking off with air box
design.
Although seemingly simple in concept,
designing a suitable air box requires much
more than a tape measure. Indeed, the
process kicked off with back to back testing
of the factory ‘noise suppression box’
mounted in front of the throttle body as a
means of establishing linear, laminar and
turbulent air flow.
Stage two (2) involved the design of several
air box mock ups with each tested on our
chassis dyno before ultimately deciding on
an option that delivered the best
‘sustained’ performance. Repeatability, best
gain and the lowest possible intake
temperatures was the target, and we believe
we have achieved what we set out to do.
Stage three (3) had the team testing a new
replacement Intake Pipe (see below for
details) with wonderful results.
VE Intake Pipe
VCM Performance continues to expand its High
Performance Commodore and Ford products
range with a dyno tested ‘replacement’
high-flow VE intake pipe.
VCM-P engineers designed the new pipe from
scratch intent on delivering the best
possible air flow and volume for all VE LS
engined vehicles.This is a direct response
to how the factory Holden intake ‘plenum’,
with its many turns and chambers, has an
effect on reducing air intake efficiency.
The new VCM-P pipe is designed to work with
either the factory Air-box, or with our own
VE Cold Air Intake – in either MAF or MAF-less
applications.
Easy to fit with all parts required to
complete installation, the new VE Intake
Pipe delivers great results in two ways:
• Improved performance
• Aurally pleasing intake roar (notably when
combined with our CAI)

RPM Clutches
Clutch Industries' (CI) RPM Clutch range is
specifically designed to meet the demands of
high performance cars and high performance
drivers. Quality is assured, otherwise every
'known' high performance clutch supplier in
Australia wouldn't incorporate RPM
components in their own kits.
The difference with RPM though is how CI
manufacture everything in-house to exacting
standards; in many cases to suit Original
Equipment requirements – no heavy pedals, no
shuddering, no noises. The results are so
staggering that you could think you were
driving with a stock clutch!

performance applications including nitrous,
